Zinc acrylate/ZDA Applications
- This product is used as a peroxide bridging agent to increase crosslinking density and is suitable for BR, EPDM, NBR, HNBR, etc.
- Slightly sour taste, miscible with water and acrylic acid, insoluble in polymers.
Zinc acrylate is a rubber vulcanizing agent and heat-resistant additive, serving as a crosslinking agent, hardening agent, and viscosity enhancer for products such as golf ball cores, tapes, and rollers. It has the properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. When combined with rubber, it can obtain salt cross-linking bonds, improve the strength of vulcanized rubber, and enhance high and low temperature performance. In addition, it can improve elasticity, increase tear resistance, reduce white carbon black, and reinforce the compression permanence of the adhesive material.
- Suitable for nitrile rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and other rubber types.
